Typical and sad

I've complained a bunch about this over the years, and it's sad to see that it still is a problem. Why can't we properly teach sex to children? Why is sex education such a huge issue? Here is an article from the Washington Post that tells us what we already know: Children are having sex and the ones who aren't are talking about it all the time and we still refulse to teach them about it. How sad is it that we have so many teen age pregnancies? We should have 0.
